Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tbsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander Powder - 4 Tbsp
Water - as required
Mustard Oil - 2 Cups
Bay Leaf - 5
Add Spice Mix
Coriander Leaves - a few
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Gravy - 1 Cup
Green Peas - 1 Cup
Cottage Cheese - 250 gms
Fresh Cream - 3 Tsp
Coriander Leaves - for Garnish
