Andi Oliver’s Spice-Rubbed Roast Chicken With Delicious Sweet Potatoes | This Morning

All week we’re serving up our chef’s signature dishes, and today Andi Oliver is in the kitchen with a classic: roast chicken - but not as you know it! A fusion feast, this dish features the best of both British and Caribbean cuisine, with a spice-rubbed chicken, coated in a coconut gravy to die for, and served with meltingly delicious sweet potatoes.

I do like white sweet potatoes then pink. Don't know why it cost More.

Some require long time to grow witch more work so that is probably why they are most expensive

The cooking segment are brilliant but I preferred them sitting down eating the food 😂

I enjoy the cooking segments and I like Andi on Gogglebox…but it is uncomfortable viewing when the presenters are constantly interrupting and talk over the guests…then guest chef says “I’ll get to it in a second “……speaks volumes….I have read numerous comments complaining about the same thing…I’m in Australia and don’t have access to the QR code because of regional restrictions and my comments are always deleted by This Morning because I do not believe the people making the show like criticism instead of addressing the problem the presenters have with their bad manners..it is such a disrespectful way to treat a guest on the show..if they don’t want comments then turn them off..because KZbin is available around the world…and a show like this makes producers etc wonder why their viewership and ratings are low.
