Reparations in any case are paid by government. Apartheid reparations must be paid by South African government. TRC in fact recommended reparations to apartheid victims. SA government has not paid in full. If they need reparations beyond what TRC recommended then they must approach South African government. SA government is the same institution that caused apartheid also.

As much as l am for the upliftment of the previous disadvantage, whites, coloureds and Indians have the same right to live in this country. Andile has a wish that will never be fullfilled. This need for land is not going to happen at least in the next 100 years. For starters the issue is not about land but a citizenry not geared for progress. It boils down to culture and you find the majority of SA are not in that frame of mind. Ordinary citizens are not willing to sacrifice their time and a few rands a month to work toewards a specific goal. It all boils down to priorities and the popular culture is around instant gratification, booze and a good time. We can blame apartheid for this general apathy, bantu education annd all the rest of it, but at the end of the day the culture has to change or someone has to change this thing of people prioritising booze and a nice time at the expense of self improvement. I myself am not immune from thissituation as I am not educated, I didnt work hard and I am today unemployed or am rather informally employed and earn peanuts. He says whites must pay extr 43:14 a for property so that the peoplevin Alwx can live better lives. Property in those areas sell for a small percentage of what whites pay. You could probably jot find a stand in a predominantly whitecare for under R500 00 but stands in areas deemed black neighbourhoods sell standa for under R100 000 and many stands are handed out free. White people have to pay rates and taxes, massive levies, water, seweage, waste removal, vat, income tax, massive school fees, electricity. This tiny segment of the population is expected to carry 96% of the population and the % keeps growing. Compare the school finishing rate, birth rate between the various races and you might be surprised to see that its not the white community that holds most of the purse strings. White children are workings for their parents becos they are excluded in the job market. Please start thinking how blacks can help themsrlves that is the only way to get out of poverty.
