7:30 - That looks utterly awful considering its supposed to be "Full HD". It looks almost like upscaled 320x240.

Be aware that windows 10 does not recognise this model anymore and you will not be able to use the software to view images on a pc

Not sure what's wrong with yours used mine this morning on my pc and works perfectly

@@CKone41 I've had mine for a couple of years, perhaps a windows update has messed with the ability of the installed firmware to communicate with the microscope, they don't provide driver updates so I'm stuck at this time, I have emailed support, lets see if they respond.
