This was the best Star Wars series I‘ve ever watched. I also found my new favorite character „Andor“. Everything was perfect, especially the music. You can hear it from the music the glimmer of hope in the galaxy the realization to do something and the beginning of a rebellion which will lead to peace in the galaxy and hopefully to democracy! I actually teared up listening to this because you realise that one single person is able to achieve everything if the person wants to. And that is what is humanity about so never be afraid of making your next move because even if you fail you stood for something and gave it everything! So Never give up do it again and again and maybe someday you will wake up and realise that all you did was necessary and then you‘ll succeed.

Andor is the one thing I’ve seen in modern Star Wars that had the 70s vibe, but with a different more relaxed pacing. We got to see the inner workings of the empire which was a total dream. Loved every second of it

Andor is fantastic. You have to be a OF "Original Fan" to totally appreciate the 70's sci-fi look and feel. I wish there was a bit of comedy, it's very dark, all the time. The prison is a direct reference to Lucas "THX 1138". Frankly Disney nailed it hard. This time, it's really for the old fans who saw the original trilogy in theater. Thx

@@ohawwgeez3112 I mean there is a difference between thoughtful commentary and turning your characters into mouthpieces. It's not whether there is a message or even if it's one that you agree with that necessarily matters, more that it functions as a story in itself. As you say, Andor is political: i'd go further and say it has more to say politically than the vast majority of Star Wars content does, and it's really good because it's presented in an engaging and relatable way by grounding it in character conflict.

I cant imagine how much of a moral and motivational boost that must have been for her and all of her coworkers on set, it must have amplified their acting ability, having a physical tangible environment to interact with so they dont have to use their imagination the same way so many other actors on other star wars production sets do, i can only sympathise with poor actors like ian McKellen being on the set of the hobit and not being able to interact with a single environment or other actor. Being in a physical constructed set not only improves your ability but makes your performance so much more convincing, not only because you dont have to do the work to imagine the place your in, but also because the environment and lighting is all natural as well, if the place looks cold which is how ferrix looks, youd expect people to act like their at least a little chilly which is exactly how they act in the show, you get a sense of how they feel you can imagine yourself in that environment, how it feels, how it smells how it sounds, just brilliant, you cant feel the same way with places like geonosis, the actors dont react to the world around them in a meaningful way, is the arena hot, cold? Is it dirty? You have 0 clue or sense of what it would be like to be there cuz they dont act like theyre anywhere other than on a set with greenscreen, the world feels completely fake and thats not just because of the greenscreen, its also due to the lack of ability for the actors to interact with this environment, im not saying build a geonosis set but at least try to create what youd imagine the environment to be like, add in heaters, sand etc
