As someone who grew up with Outkast on the radio, and played flute in Junior High, this makes me so nostalgic and happy. Interesting to say "word heavy," I hadn't thought of it that way. I listen to talk shows, podcasts, audiobooks, and sometimes complex music that I'm trying to decipher. I'm fully aware that I hardly let my mind rest during the day 😂 Every night for decades I play Steve Roach ambient music (admittedly I'll still watch a movie maybe, while playing the ambience in the background) but in general, I love having slow, flowing, sometimes tribal music to just relax to.

I feel the pain when Andre finishes some of his responses, hanging his head low. He is hurting inside! Behold how he rushed his answer concerning why he did not make an album with words, because that’s the best answer he could come up with for why he did not make a rap album. For to say: “it wasn’t a decision just like every other song we’ve ever done.. it’s not a decision you just do it and it just happened to have no bars on it…” There is always a reason for why things are done, whether good or evil, therefore, this was a deflection to get him off the hot seat. For this was said after he confessed his pain for trying to remain Hip within Hip Hop the older he gets. I love you Andre and I hope you can find the peace with rapping again because I know you desire to make a classic solo Hip Hop album but the pressure of making it has caused you to doubt yourself. But us fans believe you have it in you to do it, and do it skillfully! Have faith in God, which is rooted in Christ Jesus.
