I'm nearly 50 right now and glad to visit a open-air-concert from Joe back in the late 90's in germany. Listening to his voice live in the middle of the audience was one of the greatest adventures i ever made! One day before Joe Cocker left us all, Udo Jürgens, a famous german Singer/Songwriter/Entertainer died. Both of them were idols of mine in my youthtime, whenever the kinda music is veeery difficult. Miss them both... Rest in peace guys!

Wow what a voice! Did you catch his story on the History of A&M records on cable. He was one of their first rock stars they had. Now resting peacefully on his ranch in Colorado.

This song has the deepest groove of just about anything out there, credit ot the bass player who never got tired of playing her bass line to perfection. Nobody could;s have sung this with such grit and passion as Joe.
