Thank you Doctor! I have pneumonia, but I don't have health insurance. I don't feel like paying for emergency care, since I don't have fever anymore, just chest congestion and pain. But my mother insists that I go to the hospital emergency care and get treated with medicine. I feel like I can recover on my own since I am already getting better. Going to the emergency care costs at least 2000 dollars.

I didnt understand the fever point. For example patient has pmeumonia and we precribed azithromycin. So after 5 days are we supposed to assess fever or even after one day of dtarting azithromycin??

I got pneumonia I cure it two weeks by my self with out no doctor just get antibiotics and prednisone 10mg and victim c but also victim d and drink as mush water as possible in one week you should feel better

That resistance is probably due to the US health system. $$ avoid going doctors twice. What if she’s a pregnant women with QT prolongation.. or increased risk factor for QT prolongation because she’s on Buprenorphine, what happens when you combine two medications that increase risk for QT prolongation! guessing a pregnant women with QT prolongation and Pneumonia wouldn’t be an outpatient to begin with.
