Gorgeous music! Could a harpist please explain to me (a pianist) how you interpret staccato dots on the harp?

Overdue comment from a harpist who's played this piece! Staccatos are usually up to interpretation depending on the tempo of the piece, but they're treated either as a slightly sharper sound, muffled to keep them short more like you'd hear on the piano, or straight up ignored. All three are used in this piece. For example at 2:07, first measure, RH replaces the fingers to muffle the sound and get the proper staccato effect, LH is sort of getting it by being played pres de la table, and in the last measure of the second system, it's ignored. @@christinepanmusic It is a pedal slide. Basically, you play the chord and then change the pedal. That way the audience hears the change in the resonance. This is opposed to the usual technique of placing the fingers on the strings to muffle the vibration, changing the pedals and then playing the strings.
