There is no point trying to kill the heavy bag.....u can't and will never knock it out....technique, speed and movement is the key here. Boxers use the heavy bags for hundreds of rounds....smashing away will only cause injuries.

How is it that his left hook is better than his straight right ? is he naturally left handed or just has a good left hook because its easy to see and its known that the left hook is his money punch.He also looks like he doesnt fully clench his fist when punching in his fights. If Andre Ward is sharp and super quick on his feet he'll beat Kovalev, he got to make Kovalev miss alot and then fire back. Cant wait for this fight.
