Hi you fine folks,
We have had a plethora of cucumbers in the last week and Kem scored some cheap eggs. Our peppers are beautiful this year and we are taking full advantage of our bounty. We really don’t use a true recipe for our relish because everything is based on taste. However, I am very specific about my brine. 8 cups water, 4 cups vinegar, 3/4 cup Kosher Salt, three heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, and 1/4-1/2 cup of dried dill. Boil that all off and put into your jars. It works really well for us. With that all said…I hope that you have a great work week! It’s time to get ready for day.
