My favorite of all these solos is definitely the one from The Best of Times. I'm no guitarist myself, so I may be saying nonsense, but I feel John Petrucci managed to capture perfectly the feelings Mike Portnoy had at that time. Sadness for losing his father to such a terrible illness. Joy for the time they spent together. Grief. Loneliness. I remember being brought to tears when I heard the song for the first time, and I showed the solo to my father. He was almost crying as well by the end of it.

I'm surprised you didn't go with Another World for A Change of Seasons, The Spirit Carries On for Scenes From a Memory, Goodnight Kiss for Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence, Razor's Edge for Octavarium, Repentance for Systematic Chaos, and A New Beginning for The Astonishing. However it was nice to hear different solos for once and you played all of them perfectly. And playing The Best of Times was the perfect way to end this video.
