Hello, Andrea. I happened to find your channel upon YT suggesting I view your video on the sewing area in your bedroom, which I enjoyed watching :-). So I decided to check out a few more of your videos and decided to watch this one. I may be 69 years old, but I learned a few things today from you in your thoughts about how you handled decisions that need to be corrected and how you dealt with explaining and discussing them with your children. I REALLY wish I had learned this concept as a child growing up myself. And it's only been recently as an adult that I've come to enact these actions in my own life sooner rather than later. Today's video was a GEM of knowledge for not only parents, but adults like myself. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with me today, 9/29/16. It's obvious to me why God has chosen to give you and your husband eight children to "train up a child in the way he should go". Keep up the good work!

Hi Tom, i 've rewatched this and other clothing vlogs so you don't have to do that for now , since it must be incredibly hard for you! This is the vlog where andrea explained her clothes shopping charts in detail and even the link to them. She tells us how often she shops for clothes , why she does it that way and how she goes about it. Maybe this will help you to know which one of the clothing hauls might help you most at the moment without going through them all. Hope this can be helpful in anyway. I admire your strenght-don't know how you do it! Many positive thoughts from austria!

I'm a list-maker, too. In fact, just the act of writing a list with a nice fountain pen on pretty paper while sipping a cup of tea can change my whole state-of-mind. :-)

We just hit a bump in the road with our youngest son… He is adopted and has several special needs. It is a hard road to journey on when trying to figure out how to raise him and bring him up. We raised our oldest son and it was much easier… But your words of wisdom today that people are not machines, to let them share what's on their heart, to guide and direct them, and that there are new mercies every morning, is such a huge help. I have been praying for wisdom on how to handle some new territory that we've come upon… And these words are definitely a big help. Thank you for being such a blessing💕

My good friend in Florida sent me a Religious adult coloring book & a beautiful cup with the scripture The Lord's mercies are new every morning. My Birthday was May 5th. We lost our mom 15 years ago, come Sept 23rd. This Birthday was exceptionally hard for some reason. My friend said, she hoped the scripture on the cup could help me every morning!

It would have been cheaper to buy an embroidery machine and do it your self . I love sewing. X
