Years ago, when going through an ugly divorce, I'd distract myself by finding new music at the record store. The cover of Caverna Magic caught my eye, so I purchased it. I can't begin to tell you how much stress was relieved by listening to your music. The ethereal quality of it takes you to another plane of existence. I am so lucky to have stumbled across these mini concerts. What an absolute joy, you and your music are, especially in today’s crazy world as you succinctly put it. I live in the US (enough said). It has been such a pleasure to watch you play in such an intimate setting. Over and over and over. I can’t stop watching. I first heard your music in the early 80’s and I’ve loved it ever since. It moves me, I get lost in it, I feel in my soul, it always makes me smile. Thanks for a lifetime of enjoyment. To think that you may read these words, and for me to be able to let you know much I appreciate you, makes me so very happy. I think I speak for everyone when I say, “Please don’t stop”!

My sentiments exactly. Since 1983. I remember being mesmerized by the sounds of a 20 second clip on NPR (between news segments). I had to write them a letter to find out who it was. I'm a musician but more a professional listener. If i have only one persons music to listen to in eternity it's that of Andreas'.

My father bought your CD in Dubai with some hi-fi equipment for sale in Kazan, Russia. The equipment was sold soon, but your CD not, even though we did not not had CD player or a while. When first record store opened in Kazan on Maxim Gorky Street , another your CD was bought. Still keeping all of them. Always dreamed of visiting your concert in Kazan Conservatory Hall. I got to know the music of Andreas Vollenweider in 92 when visiting a friend in Germany (I am originally from São Paulo city). Since them I have been following his fantastic work in the different locations I have lived. "Best ones" for me: Dancing with the Lion; Down to the Moon; Tristan and Isolde.
