@@shawnnafzger6223 That's the one I recently saw as well that was going to post. Crazy reserve tangle and ability to "slide" land in the snow without major incident. Crazy!

i love these kind of videos where you tinker arround with the equipment and experiment with it.

Awesome concept guys, I really found this video to be highly informative even after 22 years of flying. Really cool video guys, thanks for creating and sharing

I have seen some video of a paraglider flying split in two, surely you can fly without half of the lines. 😉
great video. perfect content. we need videos that are semi-scientific in nature and teach us what happens if! especially in a sport like this where there are a lot of variables to consider.

That's so good ! I love these video ! Nice concept, it's very interesting to see how the wing reacts to broken lines

I think the reason why removing the right stabilo line made the wing want to go left was because the local lift along the stabilo points outwards - the stabilos are normally pulling in opposite directions, so if you lose one side that would cause the wing to move to the side where the stabilo is still producing lift.
@wills.57624 жыл бұрын
I wonder, if you lost a stabilo if you'd be better off flying with one or cutting the second stabilo

I was wondering if you could make a video for how to write or print on paragliding wing ex: insurance number or some logos

Flynstyle max martini had posted a video where a line broke in flight and he even showed his landing . . He is extremely skilled and it shows yet it is easy to see what can happen when one goes in flight .. thanks for posting Andre and Gemma 👍

So interesting! A bit alarming on the A's though! Now I want to go carefully check my A's for some reason....

Well done 👍 video. I have to say though you know us guys think we know it all when a girl gently says Just pick up the line and let it go after you launch to get the wing up. Us guys are like AHHH DUH WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT...GOTTA LOVE IT. SWEET !

Would you have been able to do a cobra launch with one of the A-risers disconnected?
@AndreBandarra14 жыл бұрын
maybe, depends on the side you use to pull the wing up I guess

One of my friends lose %25 of the lines (All A2, B2, C2, stabilo, and one side of brakes) and could fly straight. He was sinking fast but landed safely.

I almost flew with a broken stabilo line the other day. I got dragged on the snow then the wing got up. Luckily I was able to kill it.

You can't always just use the last risers when losing a brake... kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6vbdYabjquEoNk Also flaring might not be possible when landing.

If you were actually flying real time off the ground and that were to happen, the other lines would be taking the stress caused by the line that was broken and you may not like the Real Results you would end up with LOL thanks for posting
