May I ask how old you are now Mr Bertel and how long have you trained in martial arts?

This year I am 45 years old. In August, 40 years training... However, 20 plus years full-time. Also, more than 10 years daily training here in Japan. I first came here in 1993. Osu, and thumbs up! LIVE YOUR DREAM, NOT JUST DREAM IT!
