@grassmaneireann Yes quite, one can enjoy the genious that is classical music but one can also feel the emotion between in a (good) metal song. Classical music is that of the head and spirituality. Blues is that of the heart. And Metal that of emotion and thought

First movement is called " Chaconne" but only a part of it from a Bach suite in E minor.

This is actually Sarabande and Gavotte en Rondeau from Bach's 3rd partita for solo violin, in E Major (BWV 1006).

@grassmaneireann Hey man, learn to enjoy both genres. I enjoy e.g. Hendrix and Modern metal as much Andres Segovia. It's not worse, just different. And there are still many excellent classical guitarists out there.

There is good music out there if you look for it, it just isn't popular. Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Dream Theater, Opeth, Steve Vai. There's a lot. You may not like these bands but you cannot deny they are trying to do things in music and not just put out sentimental trash.
