Very emotional episode, I cried with Lestat. I don't believe everything he says but I think the fight and parts of what he said about turning Claudia were true. Love that Claudia was finally chosen for once by Madeline and I hope we get flashbacks or something of them next episode. This better get renewed for a season 3 ❤❤

Madeleine wasn't actually a nazi - she just slept with a young german soldier during the occupation of Paris and then was condemned as a nazi sympathizer for doing so. As for Armand - yeah, he is way too powerful to have not been able to prevent it. There's something up with that. And its Akasha 😂 And she's coming in later seasons

Painful episode. Knowing what was coming didn't lessen the impact or the performances at all. Each actor was superb this episode. I know what's coming next week but I don't know what's going to happen between Lestat and Louie. I'm really looking forward to that conversation.

I've been waiting all day for this Andreas! Okay, here's my take... There are still alot of lies and a great deal of manipulation going on. For one, Lestat painted a very different picture of his relationship with Nicki than what Armand portrayed. I believe Lestat's side of the story about how Claudia was changed. But, there were so many other things that I just find hard to believe. That script about Louis hunting and pursuing Lesat was both ridiculous and racially motivated by Santiago. More than anything it's difficult for me to grasp how an ancient like Armand, who was able to throw Lestat around and put his coven to sleep only had enough power to save Louis. And why was Lestat demanding that Armand tell Louis in 1973 that he loved him after trying to condemn him in Paris? And the biggest thing I want to know is probably the same thing most ppl are curious about... HOW IS LOUIS STILL WITH ARMAND?!? **Oh, Idt Madeleine was a Nazi or working with them. I believe her when she said that it was just a little comfort s*x between two ppl. But the guy just happened to be a Nazi. **Queen Akasha is who you're trying to recall.

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Bravo Claudia. Did Lestat really get revenge? That pinstripe suit? (Like a prisoner) Lestat constantly going off script? Lestat apologizing? Letting Claudia have her last request and the little moment they have after that? The final look Claudia gives Lestat as she fades away and the look on his face? I wonder where Claudia’s dress is gonna go..😉 Well, one more episode left. See you next week!!

I think it's a really hollow revenge. I don't think he left that theater with any sense of satisfaction.

Claudia 💔 I knew it was coming bc of the movie but this was another level. I think it hit harder for me bc we got to see so much of her story through her diaries and its just so tragic that she and Madeleine didnt get to live their lives. Love that the show continues to build layers on what we know. Cant believe next week is the finale already 😭

I wonder if they'll weave in anything from Armands book, where he gave his own first hand account of what happened after Louis was taken away.

You mean about Claudia? I doubt it. It doesn’t have the same impact as the first book and story. Especially on Louie and Lestat. Although it was pretty horrific too
