Most of the time when u are in old wooden houses like this one near mountains call "Karczma", u can try best regional food there. I personaly love them most, because of mountain music, mountain ppl and fresh ingredients ! Nice food in polish scale from 1 to 5: 1 dobre, 2 bardzo dobre, 3 pyszne, 4 wspaniałe, 5 cudowne ---> jedzenie ! Good to see you again. Enjoy the journey with your family Andre !

Yes in Poland we like to pick mushrooms, you definitely need to go with someone who distinguishes them. People like to drink a shot or two and just chill out by walking in the forest.

Andrzej, I was there in a sanatorium and in that restaurant they have great tripe and sour soup. and the views are wonderful, especially from the sanatoriums whose buildings resemble pyramids. Regards
