The reason I said you must be 13+ to watch my mixes or videos is because the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) has enacted a new law on KZbin that Content Creators must set there channel to “Kid Friendly or Not Kid Friendly” if the channel is “Kid Friendly” then you won’t get Notifications on Videos, Disabled Comments, Disabled Likes, and they’ll cut your revenue by 90% if “Kid Friendly”. If you lie to them about not being a “Kid Friendly Channel” or isn’t a “Kid Friendly Channel” then you’ll have to pay a BIG legal fee up too 40 thousand dollars. Well, my channel is not Kid Friendly in my opinion because of the explicit language in my mixes from the song. Even though my channel is about basketball mixes I don’t think a 12 year old or younger wants to hear curse words or watch somebody dunk, or shoot a 3, or debates about basketball.
So yea it’s pretty dumb but the rules are the rules, GGs
