1:13:57 😂🤣💀 This whole bit is fantastic and really shows how adept Andrew is at working a joke, and whittling it down until it's perfectly sculpted. I could watch Pete and Andrew go back and forth and talk about jokes all day; even when Andrew is visibly exhausted he still brings the funny. I appreciate the fuck outta these two.

Hey Jake! A quick story: I’m a preschool teacher and COVID has really kicked our asses in terms of staffing. So when I asked for October 14 off so I could take a five hour train ride to Toronto, it became an issue. Luckily, my centre is lovely and supportive and we hired a (much needed) part time person - allowing me to come to Pete’s show! I heard Pete do a call out for Toronto to come out. If the theatre isn’t sold out, please know that I am likely in the majority of people who have travelled to Toronto to see you. Canadians come out, it just takes us a while to get there. Thank you, Pete, for doing a Canadian date! I can’t friggen wait!

At this point I think the couch needs a name and a credit as a cohost- it is such an interesting safe zone or curiosity space for this pod to happen- each guest holds themselves in a way that can't be held by a "normal chair." To the person on Pete's team that checks his comments (I believe he's mentioned your name and like a silly-billy I've forgotten it, but hello! :) ), at 1:31:29 there's mention of appreciating some advice from Val regarding Pete's parents and for him to "picture them saying to you what you wish they would say to you," which reminds of something he/they might well appreciate called the Ideal Parent Figure protocol, something I heard about when looking into a course on meditating for attachment repair. I'd certainly not be surprised to hear Val's already hip to such stuff, but figured it'd not hurt to toss out a mention of its potential interesting-and-useful-ness. Anyways, cheers to any & all having read this far -- keep it crispy ya sexy beasts!
