A good way to find yourself is through physical activity. I used to train in Boxing Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai (not long) but I was like Adin of course not rich or as many resources but it helps you focus on yourself. Its the routine get up and do something and your sore you want to quit but you go back day in and day out it helps you get out of a rut then you thinking clearly you set more goals for yourself.
