Bingo! it is your interpretation of your outcome due to your EXPECTATIONS that causes the suffering. Say you dating a girl with no labels/expectations so basically you were outcome independent not outcome dependent. Would you even be that angry about a breakup? NO! it is when you build up some 'future' in your head about some future you have no control of that sets all these 'emotions' in motion :)

Im 21. Girl I loved and would do anything for broke my heart & left. Just landed a job paying $85k a year out of college. Have $40k saved up from working full time in corporate while in college as an intern and becoming a workaholic. Ordering a BMW M3 Competition. It’s not wise but I’m going to enjoy my early 20s. Felt like I lost my dignity with myself crying over some girl. Re-realizing my self worth. Alhamdulillah for everything. It still hurts just as bad everyday, yeah I still think about her all the time. But that’s why I work so much. Keeps me busy.

I get that you want to enjoy your 20s and probably use this car to numb the pain/flex at your ex but you're digging a financial hole for yourself. Don't let a little instant gratification and your temporary heartbreak ruin your future. Keep saving and investing during this stock market downturn. Your future self will thank you. Get the nice car when you can actually afford it, reasonably.

@@etf42 Not true. Men crush women's innocent teenage love over and over until we learn to love with out brain instead. By the time men played around with many women and want to settle, karma gets back at them with the logical-love state men have forced women into to be able to survive. You guys always start crying about how shitty modern women are, but you literally pushed them to be that way. Their manipulation, indifference, and masculine traits are a mirror of what modern western men feed them in their younger years. That's why you'll find eastern women much more feminine, because they don't sleep around as much and there is still chivalry. F-boy lifestyle isn't openly praised there either. That's why women's innocence & feminity live much longer in comparison to western women that sleep around in "the name of love" extremely young, get used, abused and spitted out for the next "chick".

@@venomrx6442 That isn't very logical since a lot of women are not beautiful. You would be amazed to see what most women look like without makeup. It is just how women are wired, they need to feel superior to men and get a rush when men are under their control because they know it goes against nature. This rebellion goes against nature and the order God put in place.(The wife being subordinate to her husband is God's design). Do not confuse it with chauvinism. Men are suppose to respect their wives but clearly see they are the weaker vessel and have no be given authority over the marraige that God has established. The humble submissive woman is far more appealing and lady like to a man than a proud cat loving arrogant woman who tries to usurp authority over their relationship. Yuck!

I agree with his overall message on channeling negative feelings towards being productive but there's forms of depression/anxiety / etc which cannot be solved through just being "busy". There's times where a chemical imbalance in the brain is present and what would really help is different forms of therapy like CBT. Or a medication plan, it comes down to solving the root of problem. Granted there's some people who aren't actually depressed just going through a phase in life but actual depression doesn't come and go it sticks like glue regardless of what you do externally.

Medication actually causes a chemical imbalance. It's one of the worst things you can do for your health.

Honestly, this is the first clip I've seen of Andrew Tate that I really enjoyed. When he does all those podcasts with those youtube dweebs it gets a bit exhausting. He flexes too much and gets over the top. He is much better here. Well spoken, direct and less braggy. I'd like to see more of this Tate.

During the pandemic, I was going through my worst heartbreak and depression. Read “How to think like a Roman Emperor” by Marcus Arelious. Stoicism is very helpful. I recommend it to every Man, especially with all the BS we go through and still expected to be strong through it all.

People skim read, or see a few quotes from meditations and interpret it as you need to be emotionless, this is incorrect. If you actually read the texts, Marcus Aurelius was a man who was very much in touch with his emotions, he felt rage, sadness, frustration , jealousy and every thing else under the sun, as all humans do. The writings are not saying you should ignore your emotions, the message is that you should actually be very aware and in tune with your emotions, understand why you are feeling these things, BUT you must be in control of them, you must not make decisions/actions purely based on emotion.

4:28 Actually Bruce said what Andrew was implying in the full quote: "Be Water, My Friend. Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend."
