Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by lawyer Gloria Allred, socialite and former girlfriend of Prince Andrew Lady Victoria Hervey, historian and author Tessa Dunlop and the Sun's former Royal Editor Duncan Larcombe to discuss the Duke of York's settlement out of court with Virginia Giuffre after she was recently reported to have lost her lawsuit with US lawyer Alan Dershowitz.
Gloria, who represented some of Jeffrey Epstein's alleged victims, begins by explaining that she believes Prince Andrew won't be able to overturn the settlement and file a lawsuit against Giuffre because there will be an arbitration clause within that agreement. Piers asks whether Giuffre losing a different case against Dershowitz could potentially discredit her claims against Andrew before Tessa points out that victims in these cases often come from troubled backgrounds and that we should treat each case individually.

At 10 yrs old my stepfather wanted me to get my friend to come over so he could mess with her, at 10 yrs old I knew what he was doing to me was wrong and I didn’t enjoy it, no way in hell was I going to allow my best friend to go through that. So at 10yrs old a child knew it was wrong and didn’t do it, but these girls who were older “some were younger” but Virginia was 17 when she started with Epstein so she had to be over 18 when she started bringing minors to him, almost all the girls who spoke were. I don’t care if they started out as victims they ended being the perpetrators. Would any of us be allowed to bring girls to a grown man and then say we were afraid that’s why we did it, could we go along with a murder and say we were afraid , hell no! it just wouldn’t be allowed. I’ve been saying this for awhile now once I learned about the case I was ready to see all those ppl prosecuted, but the more I got into it, I started seeing a lot of things that didn’t sit well. Virginia was the first to come forward she said I want justice I want to hold these ppl accountable then more girls came forward, and all said the same thing, they got the public behind them which caused an uproar, and than silence, “they all took another big payday” remember they were all paid before by Epstein and had nda’s But that money must’ve ran out, bc the minute a large amount was offered they all went silent. Funny that only the female ends up in jail not the guys who had sex with them. Why is maxwell being held to account for bringing these girls when the girls aren’t being held to account for what they did” they did the same things” why aren’t the parents in jail, I only heard of one child’s parent going to police when she came home with all that money. The reason we didn’t question that is bc she looks young and was a “supposed ”victim, but there are woman in their late 20s early 30s who could pass as 17. We don’t have proof he slept with her on the night that photo was taking, we don’t have proof they went to the club on the same night that photo was taking, why has no one ever come forward saying they saw Andrew dancing with her that night “ not one” all we have once again is her word, and now we know she either lied or was confused. Why didn’t the media plaster that bout Allen d. I never even knew about that until just now watching this. In my opinion she straight up lied, she knew it wasn’t true but the public was believing everything she said and she went for it, now I wonder is that the reason they gave Andrew an offer bc they knew she was about to be exposed for lying on Allen and that would’ve made Andrews case more tight. None of the other woman said anything about Andrew, no one has ever came forward and said they saw him with a minor, and there’s hundreds of photos of him with girls, and their all older woman someone captured him with. But a photo of Virginia a minor (according to her) dancing with him is never taking, and no one has said they to saw them that night. I was with these girls for awhile until I started thinking logically and using common sense, were to quick to believe what the media throws at us, we never ask questions, when me too and times up started men couldn’t get a fair shake, they were all guilty in the court of public opinion, none of them stood a chance and didn’t.but now I have a lot of questions, Maxwell was locked up off of someone’s words there weren’t photos, no videoed of the abuse nothing just their word against there’s basically. They say if your not guilty you wouldn’t except a deal, and that’s just bullshit especially when you’re seen as guilty bc of the person you’re hanging around, so bc he’s a sex offender that makes you one. That island not one girl said they were underage over there, there were woman there sure but they were all of age, anyone ever heard the word “escorts” if these girls were minors trapped on that slams why do we never see a missing persons report from their parents. Why is it that we only heard from the same few girls, where are all these girls who were messed with as minors. They only show the ones doing very well for themselves living in big expensive homes, driving expensive cars, owning large property, and having good jobs. where are all the girls who’s lives were ruined by drug addiction, mental health issues, homelessness, it’s just really strange the only girls who came forward are the ones doing pretty damn good for themselves, the same ones who signed NDA’s but wanted more money, and they got just that and went away. Not one man was held to account for the abuse they say they went through, not one man besides Andrew, Epstein, and Allen were accused openly of anything, but they claimed it was wealthy men in the public eye who did this to them, I guess none had photos they could use to convince us they were victims. It’s just crazy there is no proof that Epstein, Maxwell or Andrew messed with Virginia or any of these other girls but the girls words.I’ll end by saying this if a child pedo can’t use the excuse I did it bc someone did it to me than these girls shouldn’t be able to use the excuse, they came from poor families and broken homes, bc that’s literally what the lawyers are using as the excuse that bc they came from these homes Epstein used money their families didn’t have to get them to do what they did. But remember they hid this from their families so they couldn’t use that money to help their families, we only heard of one girls stepmother calling cops when she found that money.
