While we do have free technique videos available on this channel, the difference in detail and structure between a free/short youtube video and a six hour instructional is significant. If you want to follow up and learn more, we have a plethora of insanely detailed and structured instructionals on BJJ Fanatics. You can go to BJJFanatics.com and search Andrew Wiltse, or follow the link below.

If you want to see more content like this, along with other things like pictures, flyers for seminars, smaller clips, random hood rat stuff, ect, check out my Instagram. It is by far the easiest way to get ahold of me outside of messaging me on patreon.

If you want to see some actual high quality videos and documentary type stuff, check out the Pedigo Submission Fighting KZbin. I don't have too much involvement in making those videos, but They do a pretty fantastic job with the production quality and editing.

I am going to check this box. Omoplatas are money in the Gi. I would like to make them work in submission grappling too. Would like to see how you finish these in NoGi or how to safely transition to back control.

Andrew, I’m curious as to who you learned the one arm choke from. It was one of the first ones I learned from my coach about 9 years ago. I’m interested because until about 3-4 years ago I only saw a handful of guys use it in competition. I see it used widely now.

Thank you for all the material you share. I’ve learned a lot and seen the big improvement in my game. Question: what is your progression once you get the leg lasso? Where do you flow from there? As an interesting side note, I still hear people say there is no such thing as leg lasso in no gi. Thanks very much and more power! By the way, I also love the sense of humor 😂

Hi Andrew. I’ve always wondered what it’s like to train and roll with mikey musumeci? Everyone says his guard is super hard to pass etc and his progression in no gi with leg locks/bolo’s has been wild. Looking forward to seeing you at ADCC after you win the trials, I’ve learnt a lot from your DVD’s and KZbin. Thanks!

@diabolic42090 2 жыл бұрын
If I could make one request, it would be cool to see the significant sequences (at least the ones where points were scored) without pausing for narration -- like when you wrestled up from closed guard at the beginning, if you could let that sequence play through without pausing after you've narrated it. Either way these breakdowns are fantastic!
@AndrewWiltse

We're thinking about having the entire match play at the end without any pauses or commentaries. I can also work on letting things play fully through before going back and pausing.

Dude 700 calories with your level of physical activity must be absolutely miserable. I'm trying to lean out a bit right now and am eating 14-1600 calories a day and it's tough to train hard aha... Out of curiosity why go so steep? I would think it would be better for training to be less aggressive in your deficit over a longer period of time? Love the videos!

I understand mats are crazy expensive to replace. My gym just re-tapped and patched the mats last week. It’s this whole day long process plus no use for 24 hour to make sure the glue cures correctly. Plus the tap is like $2 per liner foot. I only care about the skills of my coaches and professors not the the way the gym looks. I only need a functional mat that is clean. The rest is up to the instructor.

@coreybarker9012 2 жыл бұрын
He doesn’t mean drill as a whole he means the individual passes he did, basically he was able to react and chain all that without thinking due to muscle memory because he’s drilled all the specific parts of the pass 1000’s of times
