Thanks for your reply, Andrew. Have you watched/listened to Carles Trepat's 2014 recital here on KZbin? A Spanish man playing Spanish classical music on an 1892 Torres strung with gut strings. It doesn't get more authentic than that! ... without a time machine. Have you got any recordings of yourself playing with gut strings? This guitar of Trepat's sounds absolutely beautiful.
