Hey. The calisthenics seems really interesting for me, but I have an eye disease that forbids me to do exercises that cause high pressure in my head. I'm talking about things like hand-stand and so on. So many calisthenic skills are not for me unfortunately. What do you think, can I get a great body by skipping the "dangerous" positions and only focused on different pull ups, muscle ups, dips, etc?
