Hi Chris Heria. Big fan here. Since a year ago, (after not training for like 20 years😅) I got into calisthenics because I got motivated by your full planche. After seeing this video, I realized I could do the fingertip push ups with only two thumbs! 😱 Respectfully not flexing though. Thought sharing was caring 😉 Also I can do one handed 3 finger push ups. Maybe that's a flex? 😅 Anyways, keep inspiring people, brother! As you said what calisthenics does: not only look great, but actually feel great 😉 Hope to meet you one time 🙏 Much ❤️ from the Netherlands!

@SkateAs10Ай бұрын
I'm sure you know this, but to people watching: the "one-armed bent arm planche" isn't technically a one-armed bent arm planche at all. It's called an elbow lever/croc and it's rather a one-armed version of the peacock pose (arms under the body - no shoulder strength required). You're right that it's all about the balance, but it's also a very technical pose where you just have to learn how to position your body so that the balance becomes pretty easy. There are many good videos on it on KZbin.
