Good points! Except the "organic traffic is the starting point". We started a course two years ago from zero - we've had hardly any internet presence . And yet cold traffic through webinar made some decent money. Of course it helps to have a few thousand subscribers on social media. But many experts do not have skills or time to set all this up before a specialist comes around.
