I had some experience with Motion Capture for video games and gotta admit even though Namco has always created a seriously fluid and accurate movement animations and overall choreography for Tekkens in the past, (I think they were using MoCap before it was industry standard) They outdid themselves this time. This video was an absolute BLAST to watch Genuinely really inspiring editing style that makes me want to attempt something similar. also at the lower ranks (and heck even some of the higher) one of the best things you can do to sneak in cheeky damage is whiff punish. Being plus or minus doesn't really matter if the move didn't land. You'll see greens, yellows, oranges, red, purples, hell even some blues whiff giant moves at distance. If you pick up on them doing this that's a free launch and a lot of free damage. Block and punishing is cool and all, but you'd be surprised how far you can get with just good spacing and gamesense.

As someone else who started in Tekken 2, here's my hotlist: - Paul. His entire movelist is just deathfist, deathfist combos or deathfist variants - Asuka, moves like T2 Jun. Arguably more than T8 Jun - Lars, only because he has a Son-Goku haircut and you can deck him out with a scouter - Jack. Absolutely ridiculous. Literally flies longer than Yoshi. Has a 1hKO. Will have stuff fly out of his arms for extra range.
