HDL is the ‘good’ cholesterol, LDL the ‘bad’.. my dad has heart issues and two different types of cancer, and fortunately was accepted into one the top treatment and research centers in my state for cancer. Because chemo is literal poison, he also meets with heart specialists there to check all his different levels regarding his heart and arteries to make sure it isn’t causing more harm than good to him and still consider high LDL not good. And yeah, my mom is super healthy, both diet and lifestyle.. she still has HBP even with taking meds and being as healthy as she is.. genetics can be a bitch lol

Rolling is cheap and if you're good at it, it takes like 40 seconds. Its just the best way to smoke. You get to choose how much tobacco you want, if you want a loose or tight smoke. I used to put in some menthol filters, you get to crush them if you want a minty hit in your throat. They are by far better than a preroll
