Bought me two PU blanks today. Giving EPS a huge break, especially from scratch building. The venting, the sealing, and maintenance, especially when is a #1 lb, screw that, the #1.5 lb isn't so bad and the #2lb is fine but heavier indeed., "Never again the #1lb. Though." I also mis the flexibility of PU on boards.

Agreed, having to install the vents and worrying about the EPS on a hot day has it's disadvantages, especially taking more than one board and leaving on in the car. Plus PU shapes so dang nice, just wish it wasn't so expensive for shipping :)
