It is very important to do weight bearing exercise which keeps the bones strong. Walking fast gives you cardio workout and weight bearing on the hips especially. Bone responds to physical stress by building bone. Some walk with some light weights for arm exercise. At the same time you are keeping muscles strong. Muscles get weaker also without testosterone. Strong muscles also put more physical stress on the attachment points to bone which helps build bone. Physical exercise also is very important in improving mental status. ....Dr. Phil Summers
