You are installed arm64 gapps. LG G2 only compatible with arm gapps.

There is no OEM unlock you tapped on buildnumber 9 times so developers options appeared? In there about 6 tab is OEM and it can be turned on - No OEM unlock inthere then bootloader is not locked and you can proceed flashing Twrp or custom revovery .. keep me informed
