I agree, evil bio version of Goku is brilliant, Dr Gero should had made another copy of himself if he knew 17 or 18 were gonna betray him and kept hidden to collect all the cells to create android 22 who is an evil bio version of Goku that’s stable, devolped and completed without rushing him, that’s why cell was successful because it took enough time for him to be completed, stabled and devolped, Dr Gero had should did the same, the reason why cell max failed is because he was unstable, his mind wasn’t developed and wasn’t taken time to be completed, if he was taken time to be completed, had his mind developed, was stabled and was in the same size as perfect cell, he would had been a success and would had been an unstoppable force
