ANDROID AUTO FULL SCREEN ON HYNDAI PALISADE 2023 FINALLY!

Thanks for the video, I was trying to get rid of the right side Hyundai screen and couldn’t find the setting and your video helped me to get the full AA Coolwalk working! I noticed only Google Map can use the full screen and not Waze, hope that will change in the future.

Just to clarify for people, AA full screen only works if you are on at least the Q4 2022 NAV unit update. If you are on the orginal NAV software that came with the 23 Palisade, then you must update it before AA auto will do full screen.

You're right. I just got Coolwalk today and it's still split screen on the display and I don't have that option checked. Must upgrade the Nav, I supposed. Quick question, is the resolution better once it's updated and full screen? Right now, AA is so pixelated compared to CarPlay with my wife's iPhone.

OMG! Thank you so much!!! After Hyundai somehow deleted my user profiles off my Palisade (a fix they say is coming but has been 6 weeks now) I was in tears because I couldn't figure out how to get the android auto to be full screen again. You cannot believe how happy I am right now 🥰

I have a question.... Did you first update the October Navigation software?

He would have to have because the Palisade was not on the Q1 2022 update which supported that.

Not same vehicle but I updated my kia Sportage 2023 HEV with the October Navigation software and now I have the full android auto. Also with the developer mode in android auto, if you set the resolution to 1920 * 1080, it becomes really crisp HD quality. Really Amazing.
