if the problem is solved by deactivating the fingerprint sensor there might be a solution some one posted this solution on samsung page "Got a solution, after I tried everything else posted here: hard reset, wipe partition...... I removed the SIM card tray, and I blew air inside using a Dust Blaster (compressed gas can). You can feel the backplate moving a bit, so I pressed around the fingerprint sensor, not too hard. I did that 10-15 seconds, after that, VOILA: phone works flawlessly with the fingerprint sensor ON; no more shuts off. Conclusion: IT IS A HARDWARE ISSUE. There is a bad connection between sensor and mobo, bad wire or bad connector; it might be fixed if you open the phone and fix ( or replace) the sensor." I guess some water manage to get into the sim card, I did got it wet using a cover a few days before it fail.

My phone automatically reboot if I do the following: 1. Maxing the volume using phone speakers (I'm using earphones and bluetooth earphones so it won't trigger). 2. If multitasked (like turning on the Hotspot and Mobile data, many running recent apps). 3. If I don't charge overnight. 4. Using heavier apps. Signs that my phone is about to reboot itself: 1. Become laggy and sluggish. 2. Unresponsive. What I do to prevent it: 1. Charge my phone overnight (it might be the battery). 2. Avoiding use of heavy apps and multitasking. P.s. I don't use my phone while charging. My phone Vivo S1 Pro. Before it happens, I leave my phone off for almost 2 months (that would prolly affects the battery if not used). I don't deserve this kind of issue. I don't abuse my phone and I always take care of it.
