the way everyone's hyped for him after he just has a freestyle cruise afterward, you never see that kinda support in other sports. god I love skate.

Yeah, and the fact that he was specifically giving a celebratory nod to Rodney Mullen at the end by referencing his moves made it so much more legendary. Love the spirit of this sport.

Your right nothing touches skate but snowboarding is a hella comradeship sport too... the big difference tho is in most skate contests evryone is in the finnish area. Also its people like andy that bring us together even more in some circumstances Dave Mirra was like that Danny Davis is too. 💗🙌

@@bitronicc1887 The freestyle moves he did all predated Rodney. Rodney is certainly the best-known freestyle skater, but it would probably be more accurate to say that every ollie flip trick is a celebratory nod to Rodney.

DUDE DID THIS RUN ON A TORN MCL! Andy Anderson is the best thing to happen to skateboarding since Rodney Mullen. So creative, so unique, so talented and a true inspiration to generations of skaters to come. Andy made the helmet cool, and now he's making some well deserved bank so all the haters can cry their broke ass tears while Andy rolls to the bank to cash his fact cheques.

@Gab3S0lan02 жыл бұрын
He talks about it on a podcast. It was meant to be a nollie varial heel but it ended up more like a nollie late pressure. His MCL was torn so he was not at his 100%, also had just recovered from a meniscus tear at Dew tour and had only a week to train for the Olympics.
