This interview is up in my top 5 for Andy interviews. I will never get over how open and honest Andy is about everything he and black veil have gone through to get to where they are currently. I can relate to a lot of what he was talking about and is part of the reason I feel such a connection to BVBs music. Andy has mentioned many times that he doesn’t care to write lyrics/story arches about things he’s not gone through so they come from a place of experience and genuine feelings that so many within the BVBArmy can feel a connection to. Will never get tired of this band. ❤️🤘🖤

He’s only in his 30s but he had such an eventful life!! It’s amazing that he was able to come out of all of those dark times triumphantly! Looking forward to his future projects

Excellent interview. My daughter is one of those kids wearing BVB shirts to school. She sticks out at her middle school but doesn't care what the kids say. There are some kids starting to talk openly about the metal bands they like. Falling in Reverse is high on the list.

I don’t why but it makes Me immensely happy that Andy likes Grease 2.
Really enjoyed this interview. Andy is so well composed. Artistically, Andy has grown so much over the years.

Great interview! As a nurse I’m baffled by the diagnoses for the numbness in legs. UTI? Crazy. More likely nerve compression from a disc problem. Enjoyed this interview so much ❤️❤️

The growth that Andy talks about is really cool. Living up to trying to be his true self in his career has shown through the years. Following the band and Andy since the beginning; love them all to bits. Keep Taking It To The Next Level Andy (if you know, you know haha)

I could write a lot of stuff about this interview, there were so many moments where I thought "yes, exactly!!!" or even found myself in one way or another (being raised as a only child with a great relationship to my parents, being the bullied outsider at school, being with my full heart and soul into whatever...). But to keep it short: he is so reflected and I really much appreciate that he always tries to even become a better version of himself. He is so kind and charismatic and has so many interesting things to say. The interview didn´t feel like it was an hour long. I discovered Black Veil Brides only a few weeks ago when they released Bleeders. I actually found it through Sweeney Todd, because I´m a huge fan of the movie. And then I was like: Oh, there´s a band making a music video in the style of one of my favorite movies/musicals. Oh, the voice of the singer is amazing. Oh, my god, the band is AMAZING!!! I was totally thrilled and listened through all their other stuff the past couple of weeks, music videos, albums, interviews... To keep it short: they gained a new fan. I hope they´ll tour in Germany soon, maybe next year or something.

I love hearing him talk about his life early in his career. I remember being a fan of Bvb, probably 15 years ago, and watching an interview where he was so full of himself and thinking to myself omg i see why people talk crap about him. He grew into a very insightful person, so well spoken. It's a pleasure to listen to him talk.

Absolutely loved this interview. Andy is so well-spoken, so earnest and honest and vulnerable and just...human. I appreciate your guidance through this talk, and am grateful as always for Andy's perspectives on being true to oneself, no matter what. Thank you both for this.

This is a great interview! Andy's parents must be so proud of the man he has become. I got picked on in middle school, not high school. In high school I sat by a kid that 2 football players harassed and bullied before class every gd day for a week until I stepped in....or rather stood up. I was so pissed. School was my refuge. I loved the learning and school work, not any of the socialization. I was this guys really only female friend....any friend, in the class. Finally, the two guys, one sat behind me and the other behind the boy next to me, came in for class and immediately started in. I had enough, this was my class too. I stood up and said you think you are so tough because you throw words, make fun of me you assholes. Is my butt too big?, come on, say something. I'm sure you have something brilliant to say. You both speak nonstop until teacher comes in, acting like dipshits, dont let me have any quiet time before class so bring it. Comment on my face maybe, my clothes? Don't just sit there, give me all you got losers. That minute flew by.....they shut up after they apologized to Joe and never said a word to him again. Joe mouthed thank you to me after I sat back down. I hate bullies. I hate people who think they can do whatever they want when it affects me.

As a fellow former cincinatian. I have to disagree with Andy's opinion of their politics. Cincinnati has always been very liberal. However, there are closet conservatives. So perhaps he was surrounded in that environment.

Radke attacks others and accuses them of copying FIR. He denounced MIW cos they support all gender identities which came from a caring decent place. Causing drama when you're the wrong side of 40 for attention is OTT.
