I became a fan of BvB in 2009. Listening to their music and watching their interviews gave me such a joy that I can still look back on and smile. They were the first band I liked that actually made me feel important to them. I grew away from them in 2013 and then found them again recently through Bleeders and I'm obsessed with them again lol

Idk if there's ever been a bad interview with Andy but this is a particularly great one. I love that he & Ronnie are friends & are touring together. I'll be seeing BVB for the 2nd time this year & the 4th time overall & FIR for the 3rd time when that tour comes around in Sept. I can't wait! A lot of people me included never gave bvb a chance and it was totally unjustified. I never had any hate for them but they were always just a band I kind of knew existed but never heard a song from. Decided to check out their catalogue in prep for the tour because ive been listening to FIR since I was a pre teen and I was just blown away by how good it was. Wish I would have dove in sooner. Excited to see them perfrom in September.

I have been a BVB fan since the start, love them and still listen to them every day. As someone with Autism (High functioning) I can say 100% without any doubt that Andy has Autism too, definitely high functioning. I relate deeply to everything he is saying to how he socialises, to his hyper fixations and even to his constant need to for a consistent stimulus that he knows back to front (meaning it isn’t a surprise, he also ready know every episode of the show) and this is calming for him. I am the same, I do the same and I watch the same things I have been over and over for years because I already know what is going to happen. It is comforting and calming because of its familiarity and that there is no surprise. I don’t know if he is diagnosed but I can say without a doubt, Andy is Autistic.

From Toledo originally! Starset and Red Sun Rising / The Violent are killer bands from Ohio also, never met Andy but digging his demeanor. The hot take was spot on, all the cancelling, hate for bands like Nickelback, publicly hating on bands because they put out a ballad or changed their style, does seem like a begging for acceptance while being jealous and spoiled enough in life to worry about stupid shit. Do I listen to Nickelback, LostProphets, Trapt, Limp Bizkit? Yeah I do, are they my favorite bands, no, but I still respect the artistry. Lately I keep hearing Sleep Token being called Imagine Dragons of metal, as if that is supposed to be so offensive, yeah they are succeeding like Imagine Dragons, whom isn't a totally talentless band even if not your style, and Sleep Token is effin amazingly talented, with insane drumming, lyrics, singing, and abnormal song structures with a blend of styles, so even if you don't like their style, why the public negativity? Just listen to something else, as Howard Stern would suggest.
