When I first heard this song I almost cried because his voice sounds so distraut and literally asking in pain what about that promise? It does have that dance feel if you just have it on in the background. The lyrics have a deeper meaning that just hits you and lets you see a glimpse of what he feels on a daily basis in his heart. Maybe I am reading too much into it but, in his interviews hes so meaningful in his word choice.
