Andy Hoejholdt/Andy Højholdt: Learning in interprofessional relations

When Paul McCartney and John Lennon made their best songs they were able to challenge each other. They were good each of them - but they were also able to use their different expertice together. Just a minor example that shows that disagreements are not that bad in a team if the goal is development.
