Both Hanoi and Guns n’ Roses took that soundscape from Johnny Thunders and The Heartbreakers. Izzy even dressed like Thunders and had the same haircut! Guns also covered two johnny thunders songs on Spaghetti Incident.

I was a friend of Razzles remember him from his Demon Preacher days I met him and got to know him through my mate Adam. Went to a few gigs with him usually down the Marquee club in London. One surreal experience I had was I was only about 17 still living at my parents, playing my cheap guitar when my mate Adam turned up with Razzle and Nasty from Hanoi Rocks, I always remember Nasty raving about the guitar tone I had using my Leo Valve practice amp. Was indeed a very sad day when I heard Razzle had died I believe his parents had his body bought back to the Isle of Wight where he was originally from.

Pretty sure this was covered in the VH1 behind the music...Neil never really took responsibility directly. To be fair, maybe that's what his lawyers told him to do, but it's pretty shitty...

I'm a child of the 80's,so I was there when Hanoi released their American debut BUT, @53 and 3 years into being sober I felt SORRY for the dude, and quite frankly couldn't understand alot of the interview with his gurgling incoherent drunkenness. He is a drunk and on weed most of the time since abandoning smack, and been slurring like that as long as I remember.. He did fall of a balcony once and was in a wheelchair for a while. When I saw them play in 2000s he was razor sharp on stage. Not like I was used to seeing him. Their tour manager had zero tolerance for alcohol and I think that was a problem for Andy in the end.
