I still remember when we were in Orlando with Joby and you asked me to run around the hotel for a while just because is healthy...and I totally agree...but I was running with my VANS...totally wrong 😂😂😂😂😂 but was fun! So yeah guys I agree with Andy...you need to go outside, take a break from work, social media, your phone etc...your body really need this!! 🙌🏼

Do you find that running make you lose muscle? Or not?

Not particularly, if anything it's toned my legs more but not lost any muscle.
