Andy, I want to first say thank you for all the amazing content you have up on KZbin; I just landed a fantastic job and as part of all my prep work, planning, focus, motivation, etc,. I was looking for some guidance and advice. There are many other coaches on KZbin who I came across but nothing I found particularly relevant, actionable or effective across a wide range of topics, until I found your videos. Everything from job search and networking techniques, how to avoid burnout, how to best prepare for interviews and organize your stories...really so much gold here. And finally, I effectively negotiated my offer by utilizing your approach to not talk numbers at all until the end, and coming in with a value based counteroffer technique. I just picked up a copy of the Zebra Code which I'm very much looking forward to reading. Thank you for all you do, and all you share - you had a very positive impact in my job search and success!
