Yes, you can use compliance policies in in tune to remove steel or non-compliant devices. Of course, you can also use power shell

I need to reach out to your for some consulting time. Our current Microsoft partner does not provide any support for the Azure products and services they resell to us. This partner wants us to purchase a very expensive block of time in order for them to even have a phone call about features we are interested in. I'm left feeling like a floating raft in the Azure ocean.

Unfortunately as an instructor my schedule is completely crammed at the moment and I’m unable to offer my consulting services at present. Just a thought for you, have you tried going to mvp.microsoft.com And have a look at the various MVP is out there many of them work for Microsoft partners, but quite a few Freelance. You may find this is an avenue for you. I would also recommend going to the Microsoft tech community that can be super helpful as well.
