Telekinesis definitely deserves this praise. Incredible production, Sza's part SLAPS, great atmosphere. Respects the leaks and improves upon them for sure. In response to those of you trying to claim Future Sounds was better and that this version was disrespectful and generic, here's my full take. The production on the original Future Sounds versions (difficult to pinpoint) is good but messy. Of course, since it was never finished, this was to be expected. But since it was dropped entirely, I feel that Travis picking it up for his own rendition was a reasonable and respectful way of giving us a complete version with his own style added. I agree that the Future verse could have been left out entirely, and that it was probably included largely because of the "we need more features!1!!" trend. That said, Travis did a lot to give the song a lot of power and unique production that modern, generic music often doesn't find. I'm not saying this as a Travis fan, because I've actually not really enjoyed much of his work until this album. I'm actually a much bigger fan of Kanye. Like many people have said, since Kanye never made a finished verse, we can't really judge it with the idea of "ooh if he finished it it would be so much better than this!", because we just don't know if it would have been. I also think a lot of the delivery in the leaks (not including the unfinished mumbling) was mid. Travis's signature delivery of "do you like the way it sounds" and the adjacent transition segments is better than the original, ten-fold.

Telekinesis is not better than future sounds. The "drops" are bad, ruined by the delay on Travis saying "sounds", which is dry and doesn't leave space for a moment of silence. The annoying guitar sound in the right ear is trash, future's performance doesn't fit. Sza was good but still, a properly mixed version of future sounds would have been much better
