I love nautilus, they're one of my favorite animals. And damn, that's a very good figure! I appreciate the underside so that it can stand. I'm surprised about how many nautilus and ammonite figures don't have this or a base, very awkward to display without some support.

The nautilus is the last of its kind, a relic species or living fossil, so the colours are known.
