MEGA FOOD BLOOD BUILDER ⇨ amzn.to/30Kq5Zy
-------------------------------
Iron deficiency anemia develops if your body doesn't have
enough iron to build healthy red blood cells.
Hemoglobin is the protein inside red blood cells that
carries oxygen through the body.
Oxygen helps the growth and repair of all body cells
including the cells that make up hair follicles.
This leads to hair thinning, hair loss and brittle nails.
-------------------------------
In this video, I discuss my battle with iron deficiency
anemia and how I recovered. I have struggled with anemia
for a good portion of my life. I have finally reached a point
where I feel that I have the anemia under control. I have
also found the BEST iron pills on the market that do not
hurt your stomach or have painful side effects.
Sometimes hair loss can be genetics but sometimes it
can be caused by anemia. If you believe you may be
anemic I urge you to visit a doctor and have your blood
levels tested first before taking any supplements.
I hope that my story was able to help at least 1 person
out there. I know I have struggled for years with my
hair and not knowing why it was thinning. Please share
your stories, tips and advice down below!

This video literally saved my life. I am a 51 year old woman who always had heavy periods but lately my periods were lasting a lot longer. My other female friends said it was normal and that I was going through the change. So my last cycle lasted for 6 weeks straight heavy without stopping. So I felt really weak and exhausted. I was waiting for my health coverage to begin for the ob gyn. Anyway, I was thinking that I had anemia. I looked up on KZbin and saw your video. So I was like wait a minute this woman has same exact symptoms as me. I couldn't hold out and went to the ER to get checked out. They took my blood levels and they were 5.3 and they said we're admitting you and that it was life threatening. What? Are you serious? If I didn't see this video I may have held off a few more days. Thank you for the video, it saved my life ❤

ACOANM RU4REAL Fibroids are very VERY common. I was anemic and had a fibroid the size of an avocado! I was consuming dairy which elevated my estrogen and caused the fibroid to grow and grow. Look into this and ditch the dairy (it actually leeches calcium from our bodies). I would also recommend ditching all animal products - because if you're eating animals, you're eating their hormones! Now I eat fully plant based, mostly while foods and my hair is almost down to my waste. My blood levels are amazing, I look and feel younger, but most importantly: NO fibroid surgery required now because it SHRANK. After 3 years it's the size of a walnut. No more heavy bleeding. No more cramping. And that's not even HALF of the benefits I've seen. Good luck ladies!

I was very anemic about a year ago. My hemoglobin levels were at a 7.8. I went to the doctor and he gave me iron injections for two weeks (10 shots total), iron supplements & B vitamins, and had me on an iron rich diet. To help my system digest the iron, I would eat lots of oranges (anything with vitamin C, excluding lemon) and take vitamins D3. I was able to raise my hemoglobin levels to a 10.2 in 2 months. I kept at it and I found that what helped me out the MOST was a beet, carrot & orange juice mix in the morning before breakfast. I went from 10.2 to 13.5 in about a month. My hair is now growing back curlier than ever and I feel great.

@@oliviamartini9700 I see where & how you’ve misinterpreted the message- let me explain. Disowning simply means detaching your identity from the disease : understanding that you are greater- completely independent & separate from IT. Then you do the inner work, the inner healing, questioning where it stems from, how it all began, & what steps you can take to better yourself daily. Most importantly, cultivating your energy & reinforcing your faith. Healing is a daily journey, a daily recommitment self + to declaring your sovereignty. I recommend looking into Joe Dispenza’s work, I hope it helps. ❤️

I overlooked all the symptoms but hair loss was my main concern. I had fuzzy vision episodes, intense tinnitus, greyish-tan skin, always cold and preferred heat, lightheadedness, fast heartbeat, tiredness, etc. There's probably more but like I said, I overlooked my symptoms. My ferritin level was almost at a zero, so my doctor put me on a 65mg of iron pills per day (my body took it well thankfully). I also changed up my diet so I would consume meat at almost every meal. Just a little bit over 6 months, I re-took a blood test, and I'm now in the healthy range. It all depends on how much iron you take per day, not just pills. I recovered really quickly! My hair is growing back but I believe it'll take at least a year to look somewhat healthy as it once did. To anyone who is anemic, you can get through this.

@CarelessFreak I had scalp pains but I don't think it was because of my anemia. I think it was because I tied my hair up too frequently, so I stopped putting my hair up and it worked. If you're having scalp pains, maybe it was caused by an external factor? But if everything you're doing to fix it isn't working, go to the doctor ASAP!

I’m going through all of this now while 6 months pregnant! I was diagnosed with mild anemia before but when I stop my iron pills my symptoms are so bad. Sometimes I can’t cook for myself because I get so weak and my baby is just like I’m dumb hungry. You made me realize that I actual been dealing with this since 2016 when I started seeing my hair get thin while curly. I’m getting my blood work at my next ultrasound, so I’ll tell them to look at my red blood count.

This happened to me. I had already finished college, but decided to go back to school & was grinding so hard by working & going to school. I started having the same symptoms...but I'm a health freak so it was weird for me to have heart palpitations. I went to the doctor because my school advisor noticed I was different. My hemoglobin levels had dropped to a 4. The doctor tried to force me to go to the hospital but I refused to go. I told her I know what to do. & I refused to take the iron pills they tried to give me because I know the form of ferrous they use is awful, cheap, & causes constipation. I went & got hemaplex (it's a blood building iron supplement form of ferrous amino acid chelation, No constipation). I started eating red meat again, which I wasn't at the time, & I started eating lentils, black beans, & tons of spinach, & kale. I also started drinking nettle tea & stopped drinking coffee, no wine. I got my levels up to an 8 the following week. The doctor backed off about threatening to force me to go get a transfusion. The week after that I got them up to a 10. Having heavy menstrual cycles plus being on the go w/o having time to take care of myself (stopping to eat) is the root cause. I don't take hemaplex anymore. I actually take the mega foods blood builder tablets once a day (twice a day during the week of my period) & I also take a shot of Gaia herb's liquid iron. Going to juice generation to get their juice "the professional" helps because it contains Swiss chard, kale, & wheatgrass. Also juicing with beets, apples, a lime, ginger, kale, & spinach is also a good idea. This video was really good & more women need to see this.

Janiel Sewell I live in NYC, I was quoting what the doctor told me. So, to answer your unsolicited question: on the planet Earth this occurred. I think, if you actually take the time to watch this video she also said the doctor made her go to the emergency room to get a blood transfusion. Please do not involved me in your petty need for drama & if you are not here to respond with something informative that improves upon what's being said, keep scrolling and remain silent. I think on planet earth, it's also totally fine to also post my experience as it relates to this video about anemia.

This was so freaking relatable! When I noticed a lot of hair loss and broken ends I would always search ways on how I could make my hair stronger and thicker, and every video I found recommended oil treatments. It never worked. Like you, I just concluded that it was a genetic thing and I should get over it. But it was always an embarrassing thing to talk about when everyone I know has amazing gorgeous hair. Until recently, I went to go donate blood and they told me my iron level were critically low and that I should work on getting them up. It wasn't until then that I connected a lot of dots and now I'm taking iron pills. It's been a very recent thing, but already my hair feels amazing and people are noticing!!!!! I don't feel as tired or out of breath anymore. Thank you for sharing your story. I know other people are going to come across it and this will definitely help them out!

Why? I've heard the opposite because when a hematocrit is ultra-low, the idea is to raise your stores that are depleted. The stores are what keep you going. An excellent product by Solgar Gentle Iron is one of the best products on the market. It's half the price of that product and there is no potential to overdose, just because of the way it is made. The less you need, the product adjusts. That's what people, especially women, worry about when they take an iron product. In one month, you watch the worst of your symptoms disappear. If you bruise easily, that's also a symptom and sleep a lot, that's another. Most people, especially women, should have their blood for a hematocrit twice a year just to know where they are.

Absolute nonsense. The best source of iron is from animal food
@anjoelsallas
@anjoelsallas 5 жыл бұрын
As Sm incorrect. Half the iron from animal products are called HEM iron. People who consume HEM-iron seriously increase their risk of coronary heart disease. Secondly meat is very acidic also increases low density lipoprotein which creates plaque in the arteries which slows down blood flow. The exact opposite of what an anemic wants. Spinach has more iron than meat anyways

I have severe anemia caused by my fibroid. I had to literally use adult diapers and go thru maybe 3-4 a day. It's no joke. My levels were so low I had to have about 8 iron infusion treatments. I'm feeling a little better. I do watch what I eat. You want to avoid foods that flare up your fibroid if that's the cause of your anemia. My diet is more greens, veggies, fruit and protein (that is not from animal) diet. It has helped reduce excessive bleeding tremendously. Also take blackstrap molasses, lemon and water concoction every day.

i have been diagnosed with anemia, but not fibroids. I've tried using Ferratin tabs daily, per dr. 's recommendation. Though my stomach tolerated the pills well, they did cause me some constipation and I noticed the heaviest period of my life. When my blood test was retaken, iron levels were same or down on some #'s. Since then, I've stopped taking the iron pills and am trying to correct the iron issues strictly with diet corrections. I'm interested to see the next result. I am working with my doctor and follow ups to hopefully resolve the issue. While she has mentioned, quite off the cuff, which is disturbing, the possible need for hysterectomy, I am adamant about finding the source or cause of this issue prior to removing organs in a process of elimination style of diagnosis. It's good to read others experience regarding this.

A symptom I had while battling severe/chronic anemia was not being able to remember. I was working on my masters at the time - first semester, first year - and slowly began to experience difficulty remembering things. I would read a heavy text and it would be difficult to regurgitate what I read. I would place something down and the next minute I would go crazy searching for it. It got worse and I’d cry myself to sleep. When you are diagnosed with this condition, take all the time you need to resolve it. Don’t let time go by doing nothing it gets worse. Prior to this experience, I saw a doctor before going to school and I was told I had severe anemia (I also have SS trait). I was always fatigued, no energy after work, my face began to twitch, my vision got blurry - while driving once too. All in all this is SERIOUS. Your body is failing slowly and it’s telling you. I ignored my own for work and studying. Don’t do the same. There are consequences that follow that makes you crazy!

A few comments, from a medical professional. Iron deficiency anemia is very common, and the treatment should not be blood transfusion! When anemia is severe, but you're still managing your daily activities, as you were, the appropriate treatment would have been IRON, which is the fuel that allows your body to produce its own blood. Unfortunately oral iron is tough to take! And that applies to any formulation! I suspect you did better with the megafood formulation because each tablet only contains 29mgs - most regular formulations contain 65mgs. If one cannot tolerate oral iron, then the appropriate treatment is an iron infusion - with modern day intravenous formulations one's entire iron deficit can be replaced with 1 or 2 infusions. Last point - craving for unusual food (or non-foods), especially ICE, is very common in people who are iron deficient. This often occurs before any other symptoms. Women should be alert to this symptoms, and if present should get their iron tested.

@@NaNa-kd6jr yes, it doesn't matter. For you to be given a blood transfusion because you are anemic is because the doctor must have thought you were in danger. It is never the first form of treatment. I know what I'm talking about. I have chronic anemia and every so often my levels get dangerously low but only once have I been told to have a blood transfusion which I declined. The measurements you gave a irrelevant in that sense that treatments will differ from person to person. I have had lower levels than I had when I was asked to do a blood transfusion and guess what I had no symptoms of anemia, which meant that my body for whatever reason was working perfectly with those low blood level. I was described iron tablets and I was fine. It just happened that I was being tested for something else when that came up. Absolutely irrelevant.

I recommend eating iron rich food..red meat, kale, dark green veggies, etc. Poor diet affects your energy levels. In your case medication works. They give iron pills to pregnant females too. I try to incorporate daily vitamins, but certain veggies have different minerals and vitamins better than any pill. I have family members with this issue.

First of all, you are so incredibly beautiful! Secondly, I just got diagnosed with iron anemia. I was dealing with strange symptoms(for two years!!) and I never thought about my iron levels! My doctor didn’t mention a blood transfusion but she said I need iv iron treatments regularly because it was so low (plus iron pills and a high iron diet). Anyways, you remind me of one of my best friends- always working hard and working even if there are trials. So admirable!! Thanks for the video : )

I've had anemia for years and have experienced excessive hair shedding for a long time. My ends are thin too and my hair is not as thick as it used to be. I also had an experience of feeling unusually exhausted from walking up a flight of stairs and even got exhausted from unloading the dishwasher. Another sign I get that my iron is low is craving ice. I've eaten ice to the point that my teeth would ache. Tearing paper is a weird one but it comes and goes along with the ice craving so I believe it is related to the anemia. My iron was below 5% last April. I wasn't admitted though but was advised to continue taking the iron supplements. I'm back to taking iron (Nature's Way)regularly and hope that it will help restore my hair. I will also be adding vitamins C and D. Btw, great video and your hair is beautiful.

Thank you so much for making this video. I have iron deficiency anemia with low blood platelet count, and it's ruined my beautiful long curly hair, I was so worried why my hair wasn't growing, and was thinning, and all my chronic fatigue, I too went in for a general checkup and my blood results came back that I am anemic, I was so confused because I had no idea, but it makes so much sense now! If you reading this have had similar symptoms with no explanation than I'd recommend getting your blood checked.

I went to get my iron checked and it turned out I was severely deficient so I got these same pills and six months later my iron is in the normal range. It's funny that I haven't checked my iron earlier cuz I had a deficiency when I was a kid as well. Best thing about this is I no longer feel like I'm gonna faint after a workout or from standing up and my hair shedding had decreased

I too suffered from Anemia. I was getting two periods in one month that lasted about a week each or more. So I became severely anemic...I developed pica and was eating pounds of raw rice... Which broke a lot of my teeth. I had no hair loss, then. I think it was because I was taking multivitamins everyday. I also had problems walking up stairs at one point, had heart palpitations, got dizzy easily, winded and out of breath. I was told I could not live for long with my blood that low...My red cells were all messed up. I got No blood transfusion. I believe you can bounce back and fix Anemia...But you have to do a whole lifestyle change. You have to take iron pills ( I took 325mg ). You have to take it with orange juice. Your body has to have vitamin c to absorb the iron. You have to eat healthy. You Cannot drink Caffeine, caffeinated drinks; soda, teas, coffee etc or your body won't absorb the iron. I also ate liver; It helped bring up my blood levels tremendously. You have to sleep well 8 hrs or more and take a nap during the day if possible. You have to exercise. You Cannot have Stress; You have to find ways to relax , like yoga, meditation etc, I still took a multivitamin but not at the same time as the iron. Take good care of yourself and your hair...Deep condition, hot oil treatments etc. I did all that and my hair did not fall out...It grew. Last keep a poo journal. I did. It's important to know how often you go...This let's you know, your body is absorbing the iron. Black poo means that is unabsorbed iron. Don't worry keep going. To better help you absorb the iron take probiotics or eat it in yogurt and other foods .Stay away from grains and sweets. Also Stop letting Doctors make choices for you. Do research and do what is best for you. Doctors are there to guide us. Like a lot of respected Doctors say...It is our body, we know it best...We make the final decision. So for me No blood transfusion...I will put in the hard work. Sorry for the length. Good luck everyone. You can heal. Happy Holidays! Blessings. 😊🙏❤️💖

Hi you may need to change your iron pills as the coating you may be allergic to. I use 600 mg Trihemic which has vitamin c added to it for easy uptake. Blood also builds up over time so you need to be on a regime in taking them like every 2 days. Trihemic stops constipation Also drink milk with the pills.

Organic iron work best! They're typically plant-based instead of actual metal. Much nicer to your stomach. Also, I found that leaving dairy alone while I'm trying to iron up helps me to recover faster. I've been anemic on and off for over 30 years. Once I realized what it felt like to be iron efficient, I can now tell when my iron levels are getting low and I'll up my iron intake to correct it.

I was told I was anemic as a teen and was treated with shots and pills for some time. FF 10 years laters, wash day, I always had a snowball size of hair shed and until my mom pointed it out I didn't know that the backs of my legs were purple and looked bruised, a bit like lace I supposed, like i'd been beaten up, I couldn't walk even walk down the grocery store aisle in my boots without getting tired and 'm pretty sure I had a lack of oxygen to my brain..I was cold inside and intolerant to the heat outside..One look at my legs and MY MOM'S doctor told me to get some iron asap. Now here we are about 10 months later and my hair just stopped falling out about 3 months ago, yay! My legs are still a little "lacey" and I honestly think I need a higher dose of iron but needless to say, that shit is important lol I couldn't even stand up at work without getting lightheaded. Someone please reply. So recently I noticed my hair was shedding a lot more than usual, I’ve never had this issue before. I’m getting a blood test to see if my iron is too low soon In case. I am pale (have been for years though) feel out of breath and pant a lot when i walk up like 2-3 flights of stairs especially in school omg the worst. (Been like that for years) I get ringing noises in my ears sometimes randomly, I’m kinda weak but I guess I never excersize so that’s why, I do sometimes feel dizzy and very lightheaded only on my period really. But for the past 4-5 months I’ve been taking multivitamins with iron in it so can I still have low iron? I’m hoping this is the reason my hair is shedding so I can have hope my hair will grow back. My hairs been significantly thinner than what it once was for at least a year but I didn’t really realise until I noticed my hair was shedding a lot more than usual. I’ve been taking iron supplements for about a week now but no change in my hair shedding.

I found out I was anemic when I passed out at work. I went to the hospital from there and they told me my blood levels were at 4. I got a blood transfusion and like you they put me on iron pills AND birth control. I found out my anemia was caused by uterine fibroids so, during my periods I was bleeding heavy and excessively (up to 2-3 weeks). They told me I would need to take a shot that would put me in temporary menopause to shrink the fibroids, then have them surgically removed. I didn't like the idea of surgery because I knew I wouldn't be able to afford it, or take time off of work. So, I looked for naturally remedies. I remembered some hollistic doctors I previously seen in an interview taking about how they eliminated 50 fibroids from a woman's uterus, and I looked them up, emailed them, and told them about my condition. They told me to immediately STOP taking the iron pills AND the birth control, which terrified me because I know I needed iron. They explained to me that iron pills are estrogenic and are an animal by-product, and that birth control feeds the fibroids because it's estrogen, which fibroids need to grow so all they're going to do is make the fibroids grow larger. I bought their herbal supplement "anaemio". It's on their website www.thedetoxnow.com. The FIRST day I took that (and followed the detox meal plan they gave me), I felt SO much better as opposed to when I was on the medical doctor's iron/birth control pills that still made me feel like I was going to pass out any time I use even the slightest bit of energy. It's a bit costly for a 4oz bottle, but it was totally worth it. Of course, they recommended iron-rich foods with an anemia meal plan. Aside from their supplement for anemia, "Smartjuice Organic Black Mulberry juice", dandelion greens, hemp seeds, dulse (vitaminsea), and iron rich fruits were my holy grail to curing my anemia. I'm not anemic anymore and I can feel that the largest fibroid has shrunken significantly. The rest are probably gone because I don't have any of the symptoms I had before. I just know I feel better, and am now convinced that food/herbs really is the true medicine. I was kinda of skeptical about them because people are always trying to sell you something that probably won't work so, I took that on a leap of faith (and desperation) and I couldn't be more grateful to them. They saved my life, my uterus, and my wallet :)
