@Sparky Marky Gibs problem was his game plan in general. He constantly rushed but he also gave Jake the chance to angle up shots. He didn't know how to slow pace so when he was supposed to move passively he was way to forward which left him open. There was also his balance and defence which were fairly poor.

It's painfull to hear people who think they know about fighting, making fun about actual warm up tactics for a fight. Even light sparring just before a fight is common and many fighters need that to be sharp. Instead of taking a round of in the actual fight and losing the round.
